Cecilia Alvarez - Heard was born in Monterrey, México.
She is a wife and a mother of 3 beautiful children. In 2005, while on vacation with her family, as they walked the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Norte, they found Penthouse 504 available. They immediately purchased it.
Since 2006, Cecilia began renting their penthouse to guests from all over the world. As a business owner, she has a passion for excellent customer service. She has formed a great team, and their dedication to our guests is notable.

I love Isla Mujeres for so many reasons! One reason is that Playa Norte is the most gorgeous, stunning beach in all of Mexico. I love the simplicity of life at Isla Mujeres, where I walk barefoot most of the time. Expensive brands do not matter here.
Isla Mujeres takes me back to my childhood, and I love that our children have that same experience. Seeing children playing soccer on the street, Mexican street corn and the mini corner store is always a Mexican treat.
I love that life there is so simple at Isla Mujeres. From the music, the people, and the culture, I want many to experience it! I'm so thankful for the blessing of having part of Isla Mujeres with me and being able to share that with my family and guests.

We visited Isla Mujeres with a party of 8. Six of us stayed in this VRBO rental and it was perfect. There is plenty of space to spread out and access via a keypad that allows couples and young adults to come and go without keeping track of keys and such. The care team makes sure your space is tidy and replenished with towels and water, so that we could enjoy our time without worry. The views are amazing. The pool and restaurant are exceptional. I am still daydreaming about the beach. You have everything you need within walking distance. Bank, golf cart rental, restaurants, shops, and live music are only steps away. We loved our visit and cannot wait to return!

A true gem in Isla Mujeres! My husband booked this condo for us and it was beyond our expectations, the views were even better in person! The entire staff we interacted with was very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We only used 2 out of the 3 rooms, but all were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The showers were modern and the water was hot :) big plus, they had filtered water! We loved that it was right by the beach, a walk away from restaurants but still not RIGHT in the center of a busy street. We were able to rent a golf cart right outside the building and explore the entire island. It was 5 min golf cart ride to a cute coffee shop and about 10 mins away from an amazing local breakfast place. We can not wait to visit again!
